Plans start at $60/month. Most company coworking allowances cover Haven entirely. We issue CRA-compliant HST invoices your employees can submit for reimbursement, no friction with their finance team.

Every membership includes access to our phone booth for private calls and our bookable boardroom for client meetings, interviews, and sensitive conversations. No taking client calls from a coffee shop.

We issue CRA-compliant HST invoices that meet the requirements of accountable reimbursement plans, so your employees can expense their membership without it being treated as a taxable benefit.

Yes. Every membership generates a monthly or quarterly invoice that includes our business name, HST registration number, itemized line items, tax shown separately, and totals. We can also add an employer name, PO number, or custom reference on request.

For team accounts (typically 3+ employees), yes. We can issue consolidated invoices to your company and provide a single point of contact for billing questions.

Yes. Our Visit+Work Pass offers 6 coworking days per year for visiting employees. For a private space, our Private Office for the Day at $99 is perfect for a visiting team member, a one-off client meeting, or a quiet day of deep work. Members can also book guest day passes through their plan.

Memberships are individual and month-to-month or quarterly. There’s no enterprise contract to renegotiate when your team size changes. Add or remove members as needed.
