Not a hotel function room
Niagara hotels charge hundreds an hour for a windowless room and burnt coffee. Haven is a designed space with natural light, real espresso, and no minimum spend on catering.
The location does the work
Old Town NOTL is twenty minutes off the QEW, with wineries, restaurants, and the theatre in walking distance. The offsite sells itself once people see where it is.
Everything already works
Wireless screen sharing, fast Wi-Fi, power at every seat, and a kitchen you can actually use. Nobody spends the first twenty minutes fighting an HDMI cable.

Frequently asked questions
$60 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Haven members save 50% on every boardroom booking and there is no minimum for them, so a member can reserve a single hour. Full-Time members on 3- and 6-month term packages receive bonus boardroom hours each month, and Elite members have unlimited boardroom access.
Eight people comfortably around the table. If your group is larger than that, a space takeover is the better fit — it opens up the lounge and gives you room for a full team.
It depends on the day, the duration, and how much of the space you need, so we price each one individually. Get in touch with your date and headcount and we will come back with a quote.
Yes. The kitchen is yours during a takeover, so you can bring caterers in or handle it yourself. We can also point you toward local caterers we work with regularly.
For the boardroom, at least 24 hours. For a space takeover, as much notice as you can give us — we need to work around member access, so popular dates go early.
No. Both the boardroom and space takeovers are open to non-members. Members simply get the boardroom at half price.
