Haven Opens: Early Access to NOTL’s First Coworking Space

Editor’s note: This went out to our early subscribers when Haven opened in December 2024. The plans, prices and hours below have since changed. See current memberships at havenworkspace.ca/membership-plans/.

Thank you for being one of the early Indiegogo subscribers interested in Haven: Niagara-on-the-Lake's first coworking space. Alongside dozens of early subscribers, you've received an opportunity to secure one of our memberships at a discounted rate (with perks!).

We've done a ton of research on coworking spaces across the Niagara region, and considering the size of our location and placement in Old Town NOTL, we're excited to give you the details before everyone else!

Unlike traditional, old school coworking spaces, we believe our strength lies in the ability to: empower the NOTL business community with special events hosted by two experienced founders (a business lawyer, and a marketing executive), unlock curated partnerships with local businesses, and provide a safe and cozy environment to meet fellow career-driven NOTLers.

What are Haven Memberships?

Memberships at Haven are split between two tiers: Haven Flex and Haven Pro.

1. Haven Flex is built for part-time, casual remote/hybrid work. Flex members get access to a large hot desking area with shared conference tables and seating, and can access Haven for up to 45 hours per month - perfect for having a second home to work from a few times per week.
2. Haven Pro is made for the more serious working professionals who require unlimited access to the coworking space. While Pro members also have access to the hot desking area, we've created a separate private workspace with standing desks, ergonomic chairs, and dual monitor setups (monitors will be arriving mid-Jan).

Your 72-Hour Early Access Offer

• Haven Flex: $250/month + HST (save $25/month)
• Haven Pro: $350/month + HST (save $50/month)

Purchase your first month during this launch period and your membership rate will be locked in (also, tax-free for your first month!). You'll keep your early supporter pricing for as long as you maintain the same active membership - even after our regular rates begin in February. For even deeper discounts, members may purchase one of our limited 6-month and 12-month packages, see below for perks.

What Extra Perks do Early Subscribers get?

• A Haven NFC metal card engraved with your name. Tapping it on a phone will immediately open a browser page to your personalized link tree (which we'll set up and manage for you). Available only for early access subscribers, and any members who’ve selected the 6-month or 12-month options during this period
• Our inaugural founding member networking meetup (mid-Jan)

Purchasing 6 or 12 months? You will secure an even further discounted rate, plus more unique perks:

• Private executive Slack channel access
• Roundtable meetups
• Quarterly, 1-hour personalized business/career strategy sessions with the founders (12 month option only)
• Annual professional headshots (12 month option only)
• And more!

What's included in a Haven Membership?

• Access to our coworking space at 242 Mary Street (Garrison Plaza, 2nd level), Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (hours to be extended at a later time)
• High-speed internet + unlimited coffee, tea, and filtered water

• Networking meetups and workshops for career advancement
